Note: upon completion of registration you will be emailed an invoice and a link to submit an abstract (if desired). The registration fees do not need to be paid at the time of registration.
Registration opens on February 1, 2019. The deadline for the early registration rate ($300) and abstract submission is May 3, 2019. Registration includes an icebreaker event at the Museum of the Rockies, all workshop materials and sessions, breaks with snacks and refreshments, lunches on-campus at a Montana State dining hall, and a gala dinner at Bridger Bowl ski resort. Registration does not include lodging
Field trips are limited to 21 spaces in each. Please register for only one prior to May 3 to allow for maximum participation. Any unclaimed spots will be released after that date to individuals wishing to register for both field trips.

We anticipate being able to offer 20 stipends to offset the cost of attendance. To be considered for a stipend, you will apply as part of the registration process. We will award the stipends based on demonstrated need, with preference going to students and early-career researchers. The maximum stipend will be $1000 for domestic applicants and $500 for international applicants due to restrictions on foreign travel funding.
